Diabetes Friendly Oatmeal Recipe

You can enjoy your fave breakfast WITHOUT spiking your blood sugar.


If you have been told you can’t enjoy oatmeal for breakfast anymore because of type 2 diabetes, think again! ✨ Here is a recipe for SAVORY OATMEAL that you can enjoy whenever you please - without blood sugar spikes.


1️⃣ First, make your oatmeal. Add 1/2 C cooked to your bowl.


2️⃣ Add an over easy egg, 1/4 of an avocado, a few halved cherry tomatoes.


3️⃣ Top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, paprika, and black pepper.
