Ingredients
1 C old fashioned oats
¼ C vanilla protein powder
3 Tbsp Lily’s chocolate chips (or raisins, dreid cranberries, etc.)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
¾ C natural PB (the kind that separates)
2 Tbsp honey (or agave)
1-2 Tbsp water, as needed
How to make it:
Mix all dry ingredients (oats, powder, chia seeds, toppings).
Add peanut butter and honey, mix well.
Judge the consistency - if needed, add 1-2 Tbsp water.
Roll into balls and keep refrigerated. Best if eaten within 4 days!
