Protein Balls

With a perfect blend of oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and your favorite toppings, all held together by peanut butter's creamy richness and honey's natural sweetness, these little powerhouses are a delicious treat. Ready in just minutes, these protein balls are the ultimate make-ahead snack you can store in the fridge whenever hunger strikes.



Ingredients


1 C old fashioned oats

¼ C vanilla protein powder

3 Tbsp Lily’s chocolate chips (or raisins, dreid cranberries, etc.)

1 Tbsp chia seeds

¾ C natural PB (the kind that separates)

2 Tbsp honey (or agave)

1-2 Tbsp water, as needed






How to make it:


  1. Mix all dry ingredients (oats, powder, chia seeds, toppings).

  2. Add peanut butter and honey, mix well.

  3. Judge the consistency - if needed, add 1-2 Tbsp water.

  4. Roll into balls and keep refrigerated. Best if eaten within 4 days!
